Visit the historic chapel of St Stephen, a striking example of timbered colonial architecture built in 1856, and "meet" some of its silent churchyard congregation, which includes many prominent Auckland colonists, early missionary families and leaders of the 19th century Anglican Church. Allow 1.5 hours to complete.
